I have been a senior leader in some of the best state and private schools in England. More recently I worked as Director of Education at a large tutoring company but became freelance  as I wanted to provide high quality teaching away from a corporate business model. I am an A level Examiner and on the board of an inner London academy. 

As a father myself, I understand the pressure on young people in schools and find a supportive and encouraging approach helps them to achieve their best.
